New Memberships:
Out with the old, in with the new! If you are currently on one of our three-month memberships, you can expect your autopay to cease after the third month of your current cycle. We are shifting to twelve-month cycles with the option to pause for a full four months. Memberships keep you consistent, and that’s what matters when it comes to body work. Spring Reset: Bodywork Beyond Relief
If your body is still holding onto winter, allow our talented therapists to guide you into a new season. Our sessions are tailored to meet you where you are, whether you need deep, focused work or something slower and more restorative, we are on it.

Many of you asked for longer sessions. We’ll soon be offering 60 and 90-minute options, along with updated memberships to match. More time, more depth.

We’re excited to begin featuring more local artists in the shop. New work will be arriving soon, adding fresh energy to the space and giving you something beautiful to experience (and perhaps purchase) while you’re here.
$10 Yoga Tuesdays
Take a moment midweek to reset with us. Gentle flow yoga every Tuesday for just $10. Simple, accessible, and exactly what your body might be asking for.
In the Shop
Alongside our new artist features, we’re bringing in fresh pieces for spring: light, comfortable clothing, new jewelry, and small things that feel good to give (or keep). Stop in before or after your session and take a look.
