February 2026

Hello from Eric, Sarah, Mia, Chrissy, Brittany, Ellen, and everyone at Delphinium 💜

Now that Carnival season has come to a close, we’re seeing many clients coming in feeling extra tension. Tight hamstrings (So. Much. Walking.), restless sleep, and stress that just won’t settle. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. This is one of the most important times of year to prioritize your nervous system and give your body a reset.

What’s New This Month
We’re continuing to stay open 7 days a week to make it easier for you to find time for yourself.

Brittany is now offering Reiki sessions (if you know, you know)! Come get you some healing!

Referral program: Life is better with friends. We are launching our new referral program at Delphinium! Give a friend 20% off any session and receive %20 yourself! This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.

Also, you might have noticed that we are offering $10 (yes, $10) yoga classes with Ellen on Tuesday evenings. Ellen’s yoga is an essential addition to your care routine. Come find out for yourself!

🎁 Monthly Client Special
This month only:
Receive a FREE add-on (up to $22 value) when you book your next massage before leaving your appointment.

It’s our way of encouraging you to stay consistent because regular bodywork truly makes a difference over time. Consistency = progress.

🌿 Self-Care Tip of the Month
If you’re experiencing neck and shoulder tension, try this simple nightly ritual:
• Take 5 slow breaths while gently rolling your shoulders
• Apply a warm compress for 5 minutes
• Do one minute of gentle neck stretches

Step four… grab a snack. Okay, you don’t have to do that, but who doesn’t love a snack?!

🛍️ Boutique Highlight
Our most popular item this month has been our vintage mushroom matches. Why? Because they are cool. What other reasons do you need?! Come check them out right next to our front desk.

Artist Spotlight: We are thrilled to announce our newest artist, Mr. Wade Griffen. Wade is a renaissance man. He is a musician, a painter, and a builder (I am positive I missed something). He even helped Eric (okay, Wade did most of the work) install the door that leads to our massage area. Each of his paintings are a love letter to New Orleans. In fact, he builds his own frames out of wood from houses that were impacted by Hurricane Katrina. Come see for yourself why we chose his work!

📅 Ready to Schedule?
Appointments fill quickly, especially weekends. If you’re thinking about coming in soon, we recommend booking ahead to get your preferred time.

Small Steps Create Big Shifts

It All Begins Here

Confidence doesn’t always arrive with a bold entrance. Sometimes, it builds quietly, step by step, as we show up for ourselves day after day. It grows when we choose to try, even when we’re unsure of the outcome. Every time you take action despite self-doubt, you reinforce the belief that you’re capable. Confidence isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about trusting that you can figure it out along the way.

The key to making things happen isn’t waiting for the perfect moment; it’s starting with what you have, where you are. Big goals can feel overwhelming when viewed all at once, but momentum builds through small, consistent action. Whether you’re working toward a personal milestone or a professional dream, progress comes from showing up — not perfectly, but persistently. Action creates clarity, and over time, those steps forward add up to something real.

You don’t need to be fearless to reach your goals, you just need to be willing. Willing to try, willing to learn, and willing to believe that you’re capable of more than you know. The road may not always be smooth, but growth rarely is. What matters most is that you keep going, keep learning, and keep believing in the version of yourself you’re becoming.
