Late Cancellations

We understand that life happens, and we always appreciate open communication. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can best accommodate you and offer the time to another client in need of care.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. This fee is charged so that your therapist can be partially compensated for their time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time is also considered a late cancellation.

We are always happy to waive this fee in the event of illness or a serious emergency, just keep us informed. Communication in good faith is key, and we truly appreciate it.

No Call/No Shows

No-call/no-show appointments are charged the full amount of the scheduled service, regardless of vouchers or discounts. The reason for this is so that your therapist can be compensated for their time. Additionally, since in a no call/no show scenario other clients in need of care cannot book that spot, the full amount is required to compensate Delphinium.

Credit Card Requirement

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment time. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. When booking online, you’ll be able to securely enter your card information through our booking system.

Intake Form Requirement

Completed and submitted intake forms are necessary to be seen at Delphinium. The form helps us understand better how to treat you. If your status or any of the answers to the questions change from one appointment to your next, please let us know. You will be emailed a link to the form and it is preferred that you submit the form prior to your appointment. If you need to fill out the form when you arrive please keep in mind that the length of your session may be impacted.

Session Length

In the event that your therapist is late to the appointment, your session length will not be docked. In the event that you are late to the appointment, your session length will be docked so that it ends at the time it is supposed to end. For example, if your 60 minute appointment is to start at 10:00 AM and you arrive at 10:10 AM, your session will only last 50 minutes so that the appointment ends 60 minutes after the scheduled start time. This is to honor the therapist’s time and the appointments of other clients who would otherwise be effected. The full amount of the booked service will be due in the event of a late start time.

ClassPass

ClassPass appointments are available for new, first-time clients only. We allow up to two ClassPass visits so you can experience different therapists and find the best fit for your needs and preferences.

After your first or second visit, we’d love to support your ongoing body work routine through our memberships and package options, which are designed to make regular treatments more affordable and accessible.

ClassPass does not allow their customers to choose a therapist. If you have a preference in your therapist, please either bypass ClassPass and book through this website, or call us so that we can attempt to switch the automatically selected therapist to one of your choosing.

ClassPass bookings do not include gratuity. Please consider tipping your therapist after the session.

Please note that ClassPass cancellation policies differ from Delphinium’s policies. Their policy for late cancelations is 12 hours. Ours is 24 hours.

Groupon

Groupon vouchers are valid for first-time clients only, with a limit of one voucher per client. If you have been seen at Delphinium, even once, with or without a Groupon voucher, we will not accept a Groupon voucher. At this time, Eric is the only therapist accepting Groupon appointments.

Groupon vouchers do not include gratuity. Please consider tipping at the end of your session.

Delphinium reserves the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason.
