Late Cancelations and No Call No Shows:

No call no shows are charged the full amount of the scheduled service regardless of vouchers and/or discounts. Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service are charged a $25 fee. Rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time is considered a late cancelation. These policies can be waived in the event of sickness or a life threatening emergency. Let us know! Communication is key!

Credit Card:

A credit card is required to hold your appointment slot but will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. You’ll be able to securely enter your card details on the intake form or when you book your appointment online.

Classpass:

ClassPass appointments are for new, first-time clients only. After your visit, we’d love to help you continue your self-care routine with our packages and membership options designed to keep your treatments affordable and consistent. Please note that Classpass’ cancellation policies are not the same as ours.
