Late Cancellations & No-Call/No-Shows
We understand that life happens, and we always appreciate open communication. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can best accommodate you and offer the time to another client in need of care.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time is also considered a late cancellation. No-call/no-show appointments are charged the full amount of the scheduled service, regardless of vouchers or discounts.
We are always happy to waive these fees in the event of illness or a serious emergency, just keep us informed. Communication is key, and we truly appreciate it.
Credit Card Requirement
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment time. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. When booking online, you’ll be able to securely enter your card information through our booking system.
ClassPass
ClassPass appointments are available for new, first-time clients only. We allow up to two ClassPass visits so you can experience different therapists and find the best fit for your needs and preferences.
After your first or second visit, we’d love to support your ongoing body work routine through our memberships and package options, which are designed to make regular treatments more affordable and accessible.
Please note that ClassPass cancellation policies differ from Delphinium’s policies.
Groupon
Groupon vouchers are valid for first-time clients only, with a limit of one voucher per client. At this time, Eric is the only therapist accepting Groupon appointments.
Delphinium reserves the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason.
